Tommy LeFan, Pulpit Minister

Tommy was born and raised in Garland, Texas. He received a bachelor's degree in Bible from Abilene Christian University in 1987 and a master's degree in Religious Education in 1989. Upon graduation Tommy went to work for the Buckingham Road church of Christ in Garland, TX where he served as youth minister for 6 years. Tommy has also worked with the Highland church of Christ in Abilene, the Merkel church of Christ in Merkel, TX, the Waterview church of Christ in Richardson, TX, and the Chandler St. church of Christ in Kilgore, TX. In December of 1995 Tommy came to work with the church in Fredericksburg.

Tommy married Christina Louise (Grimm) in 1991. They have a daughter named Courtney and a son named Cameron.

The membership of the church in Fredericksburg currently stands at about 180. The congregation is led by four elders and seven deacons. If you are looking for a church home in the Hill Country we invite you to come and be a part of our fellowship of excitement. If you will just be passing through Fredericksburg we would love to have you come and worship with us. We always appreciate it when a friend sees fit to come our way. It seems one Christian is never a stranger to another. We are all part of the wonderful "family of God."

THE GOAL OF THE FREDERICKSBURG CHURCH OF CHRIST

The goal of the Fredericksburg church of Christ is to become like Jesus by reconciling man to God through speaking and sharing the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ and to build up the Body by faith expressing itself through love with ministries of discovery (Bible learning), outreach (Bible teaching), fellowship (encouraging), and shepherding (example).
